Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If a return is requested by the customer, the product must be sealed, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs and any reverse-logistics fees are the responsibility of the customer. Kronotropics may provide a return label only if requested by the customer, but the cost will still be charged to or deducted from the customer.

Refund eligibility applies to authenticity, product seal integrity, and purchase experience, not individual biological responses or clinical expectations.

Orders and refunds may require additional verification if flagged by a payment provider for security or antifraud purposes. By placing an order or requesting a refund, you confirm that all submitted information is accurate, authorized, and belongs to you or your registered business/entity when applicable.

Kronotropics reserves the right to pause, refuse, or cancel refund processing if the returned product is not sealed/unopened or if order details are flagged as inaccurate or unauthorized.
